My Bankruptcy School provides online educational courses and materials focused on Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy petition preparation, intended for attorneys, paralegals, law firm staff, and other legal professionals.
Our Services are for educational and training purposes only. They do not constitute legal advice, and completion of any course does not create an attorney-client relationship with My Bankruptcy School or its instructors.
2. Eligibility and User Accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
- You represent that you are using the Services in a professional capacity (as an attorney, paralegal, or legal staff member).

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the course materials solely for your personal professional training and internal law firm use during your active subscription or enrollment period. You may not record, download, copy, or share the materials except as expressly permitted.
5. Payments, Fees, and Refunds
- All fees are stated in U.S. Dollars and are non-refundable except as expressly provided in our Refund Policy (if any) or required by law.
- We use third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe). By making a purchase, you agree to their terms as well.
- We may change prices at any time. Changes will not affect already-completed purchases.
- You are responsible for any taxes applicable to your purchases.
Refund Policy: Unless otherwise stated on a specific course page, all sales are final. Some courses may offer a limited satisfaction guarantee — please check the individual course description.
6. Certificates and Completion
Certificates of completion are issued upon successful completion of a course. These certificates verify only that you have completed our training program. They do not guarantee professional competence, licensure, or compliance with any court, bar association, or regulatory requirements. You are solely responsible for determining whether our courses meet any requirements applicable to you.
7. Disclaimers and Warranties
THE SERVICES AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:
- The Services will meet your specific requirements or expectations.
- The Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.
We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice. Any information provided is for educational purposes only.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MY BANKRUPTCY SCHOOL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
Our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately, and you will not be entitled to any refunds except as required by law.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms on the Site and updating the effective date. Your continued use of the Services after the changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Miscellaneous
- These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us.
- If any provision is held invalid, the remainder shall continue in full force.
- Our failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver.
