1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you” or “User”), and My Bankruptcy School (“MBS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the mybankruptcyschool.com website, as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the “Site” and “Services”).
By accessing or using the Services, you agree that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms of Service. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE TERMS OF SERVICE, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SITE AND SERVICES AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.

3. User Accounts and Registration
To access certain features of the Services, you may be required to register for an account.
•Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Services.
•Account Responsibility: You agree to keep your password confidential and will be responsible for all use of your account and password. We reserve the right to remove, reclaim, or change a username you select if we determine, in our sole discretion, that such username is inappropriate, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

5. Payment and Refund Policy
•Fees: You agree to pay all fees or charges at the prices then in effect for your purchases, and you authorize us to charge your chosen payment provider for any such amounts upon making your purchase.
•Refunds: All sales are final unless otherwise stated in a separate written agreement or specific course policy. All sales are final, and no refunds will be issued.
6. Prohibited Activities
You may not access or use the Site for any purpose other than that for which we make the Site available. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
•Systematically retrieving data or other content from the Site to create or compile, directly or indirectly, a collection, compilation, database, or directory without written permission from us.

7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.
8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and your use of the Site are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
•Binding Arbitration: Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Indianapolis, Indiana, in accordance with the commercial arbitration rules of the American Arbitration Association.
9. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT WILL WE OR OUR DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFIT, LOST REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, OR OTHER DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR SERVICES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
