My name is Kelly Thrasher. I have been a paralegal for 20 years. I AM NOT an Attorney. I have been involved in Bankruptcy Law for over twelve years by preparing and filing petitions for attorneys across the country. With my Bankruptcy School, I have found that attorneys review the hours of videos that are in the school and they have found that the videos are substantial to their practice. It allows them step by step visual learning of how the procedures are done. The videos are a helpful tool that show attorneys how to prepare and file a bankruptcy petition accurately.
I work with a local seasoned attorney who has over 23 years of practice in bankruptcy procedures. This attorney has reviewed each of the videos for accuracy and consistency.
